Cartoon Contest
A Cartoon Contest, with two themes related to New England history, culture and traditions
MAIN THEME:
COMPLEMENTARY THEME:
THE CARTOON CONTEST RULES AND REGULATIONS
1. All cartoonists, professional or not, are invited to take part in the contest, regardless of nationality or country of residence.
2. Participants will submit up to three cartoons in each theme, in jpg format with a 300 dpi resolution, using any technique, color or combination of colors.

Freedom, with all is posible meanings (political freedom, religious freedom, free speech, etc.)
COMPLEMENTARY THEME:
Personal caricature, dedicated to the late Massachusetts Senador Edward M. (Ted) Kennedy, one of the most relevant names of the U. S. political life of the last decades.
